Our semi bonded rubber technology (R-flex semibond) is built around a central shaft with high-density rubber elements bonded directly to it, held within a metal case which may be galvanised upon request. Because the rubber is bonded on one face only, the unit carries high loads and absorbs torsional movement while the close-fitting case keeps dirt and water ingress to a minimum. The rubber elements are engineered to specific load deflection characteristics, giving a reliable, predictable suspension solution with a long service life.
R-flex semibond systems can be supplied with/without stub and hub (hub can be braked/unbraked using standard, auto-reverse, hydraulic or mechanical brakes), and are engineered to suit your load, deflection and mounting requirements.
